Adds an Open in VS Code action to workspace rows. It invokes a configured editor command only after a direct user gesture and exposes no model tools or file-reading behavior.
Use a local checkout: dsh plugin --profile web add file:/path/to/dsh-open-in-vscode, then restart the Web server.
